FREE 31 DAY JOURNALING CHALLENGE
Do you have a million different thoughts and ideas running through your head daily?
Get into a daily journaling habit, over 31 days, to help you take some of those thoughts out of your head and onto paper.
This FREE challenge will happen from 1st July to 31st July 2021
I’ll be posting a journaling prompt every day, in our private Facebook group at 08:00 BST, which you can use, if you can’t think of what to journal about (which I never can, so I will fully be participating in this challenge with you). If you don’t want to use the prompt provided on a particular day, feel free to just write whatever you feel called to write about.
You are also welcome to share what you have written with the group (again, or not) and we can provide encouragement and positive feedback to each other.
